 Integrated Banking Building payments systems - with network, SWEIT, they have done migrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Building from scratch is easy, migration is a big challenge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Will work in International Payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have very good understanding and difference/ between FED, CHIPS
 </li>
