Agility Partners is seeking a Business Analyst to support a client in the banking industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact financial systems and regulatory initiatives while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.  As a Business Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translate them into functional designs, and support testing and delivery efforts. This position requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.


 


 Key Responsibilities

 Gather, analyze, and decompose business requirements into clear, detailed functional designs

 Partner with technical teams to communicate requirements and support solution design
 </li>

 Develop test plans and acceptance criteria and execute unit and UAT testing to ensure data accuracy

 Support data platforms through troubleshooting, research, documentation, and internal initiatives
 </li>

 Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead and facilitate meetings

 Experience working directly with business partners to elicit, document, and validate requirements

 Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience creating acceptance criteria, test plans, and executing testing activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness and ability to work onsite in Cincinnati
 </li>

 Create user roles and support user enablement, training, and adoption efforts

 Assist in building new dashboards and reporting structures within BI tools

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST

 Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ERP systems and data lake environments required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 SQL and data integration experience is a plus
 </li>
</ul>
