 Job Description:


 We are seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to join the claims team and act as a liaison between IT and Operations within a healthcare insurance environment. This role supports multiple operational areas Claims, Contracts & Commissions, New Business, and Policyholder Services, supporting day‑to‑day initiatives, system enhancements, and issue resolution.


 The analyst will work alongside 2-3 other Senior Analysts under the guidance of a Manager‑level Business Analyst in a pod‑based team structure.  Strong knowledge of FX trading products and workflows.
 </li>

 In‑depth understanding of RFQ trading mechanisms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of Trade Surveillance controls and market‑abuse patterns (Spoofing, Layering, Frontrunning, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands‑on SQL expertise required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with time‑series databases (OneTick or KDB) is a strong plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and business teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 </li>
