 A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Business Analyst - Quote-to-Cash to partner closely with commercial teams and support the full customer lifecycle-from quoting through billing and trade compliance.


 This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce (CRM) and SAP (ERP), acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. You'll play a critical role in both day-to-day operations and a major upcoming SAP S/4HANA transformation.

 Key Responsibilities:


 


 The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

 Act as the primary IT partner for Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate commercial strategy into executable IT demand, roadmaps, and backlogs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate workshops to align on process improvements, standardization, and system enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Elicit and document business requirements across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce and SAP teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with architects and technical leads to define integration and data flows across CRM, ERP, and downstream systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Functional Ownership - Salesforce & SAP SD
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide functional leadership across:
 </li>
 <li>
 Salesforce.com: accounts, opportunities, quoting/CPQ concepts, workflows, reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 SAP SD: order management, deliveries, billing, returns
 </li>
 <li>
 Pricing: pricing conditions, discounting, agreements, margin visibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Global Trade: compliance, export controls, cross-border requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and master data teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ECC-based quote-to-cash processes while contributing to S/4HANA transformation activities, including process redesign, testing, and cutover readiness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead UAT efforts and support hypercare post-deployment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with third-party providers for delivery, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure requirements clarity, delivery quality, and alignment with service expectations.
 </li>

 Qualifications:


 

<ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting Salesforce.com and SAP SD in ECC and/or S/4HANA landscapes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with pricing and global trade processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participation in multiple end-to-end SAP and/or Salesforce projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with MSPs, offshore teams, and global stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to translate business requirements & business processes into technical deliverables and influence without authority.
 </li>
