  • Provide essential support and expertise to optimize incentive compensation processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance across systems and tools.
  • Utilize your strong technical and functional business expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop robust systems and procedures that meet user requirements and adhere to IT and Finance audit guidelines.
  • Work within the Global Incentive Compensation (GIC) organization to understand complex business needs and deliver automated solutions that streamline operations.
  • Design and implement solutions that cause minimal disruption, are cost-effective, and are flexible enough to meet future business demands.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, align on strategic direction, and effectively communicate technical solutions and process changes to internal clients.
  • Partner with Sales Compensation, Compensation Design, and Sales Operations teams to drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and support comprehensive documentation (process flows, user guides, enablement materials, technical requirements).
  • Write and maintain operational playbooks, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Develop robust Test Coverage and Test Scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and actively participate in UAT execution.
  • Triage system issues and effectively engage relevant teams for timely resolution.
  • Participate in discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to understand pain points, align on strategy, and recommend optimal paths forward.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to successfully launch new tools/processes, define success metrics, and publish project outcomes.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements through automation or integration of systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-5+ years of operational responsibilities, preferably related to SaaS models (sales compensation experience is a significant plus).
  • Demonstrated success in driving projects forward to successful completion.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with proven ability to pull and manipulate data using tools like Access, Excel, Python, SQL/SOQL Server, or equivalent.
  • A bachelor's degree is highly prefered

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Effective influencer with strong communication and interpersonal skills; an exceptional listener.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and adept at managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Performs well under pressure and can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong desire to help others and intellectual curiosity about people and organizational issues.
  • Understanding of database infrastructure and database concepts.
  • Experience with UAT test script creation and execution.
